Rangers take a break for two weeks from the SPL as they play this match and then the SLC Final against St. Mirren.

This should be a more relaxing game in some ways away from the pressure of the SPL, but nevertheless a very hard Scottish Cup tie. We won 7-1 against Dundee United in December during our purple patch and K. Boyd scored 5 that day to break the scoring record for the SPL. A wonderful day and hopefully another one awaits on Sunday, but I think it will be much harder this time.

Bougherra looks fit again and should take his place at the heart of the defence. Walter will also make other changes and I forsee Edu starting and consideration will be given to Lafferty, Naismith and Fleck.

The team may be:McGregor, Whittaker, Bougherra, Weir, Papac, Beasley, Davis, Edu, Lafferty, Miller and Boyd, but Walter has promised changes and we will need to wait and see what he comes up with. With this being a Cup-tie will we see Super Ally in charge? That is possible too.

In any event it will be a very hard fought game but I expect Rangers to win.

I predict Rangers 2-0 Dundee United. Boyd to score at least one goal.
