Powerhouse American and fans Mo Edu was today discussing the upcoming cup game with Dundee United this weekend.

Edu was eminating cool as ever and intimated that he will not be scared to put himself about to get the job done despite it being the place where he picked up the injury that kept him out for the best part of this season so far.

Speaking to the Official Rangers Site, Mo confirmed that he has not heard from Darren Dods about the injury which left him to spend most of the season determined to get back to full fitness to feel the joy that he felt on winning the league last season.

"This is a new season, a new game and I'm not looking back because it's been a hard slog to get myself fit again"

"I'll put what happened against United last time to the back of my mind and when the game kicks off  against them this weekend I won't be thinking about it"

Edu has set his sights on rolling up his sleeves if he is picked at the weekend and getting stuck right into the business end of the game to drag Rangers to the Semi Finals of the cup.

"Challenges are part of the game and I accept that. Nobody wants to be injured and I'm sure there was no inention to hurt me all those months ago. I won't be shying away from tackles or anything because I might be coming up against the team I got injured against before"

"It'll be no different to any other game for me. I'll just get out there, look to play my game and hopefully get the right result".
