It's all three but would put the importance in this order- 1. Mental strength 2. Formation 3. Quality of player The players we have just now should be good enough to win most games in the league so quality is least important as things stand. Having the mental strength is important as you have to believe and fight for results no matter the formation but sadly the fight isn't there and I don't think the formation is correct either. Have the right attitude with a different formation and the players we have will vastly improve imo.
