Apparently even before Warburton had left we were quite far down the road of looking for a DoF, according to Richard Wilson 'a lot further down the road than fans maybe think'. Obviously the process has been speeded up following Warburton's departure.

The only way De Boer will come to us is if he doesn't get another offer. If he gets an offer from the premiership (anywhere in the table) he'll be going there, I've no doubts about that.
