The most telling statement from the op is that he said "the midfield get overran every game" I've been saying that since he first came,we are at an immediate disadvantage with 3 midfielders up against 4 or 5! When was the last time our midfielders bossed a game?. Another true statement is the fitness levels in the last minutes of a game,the amount of last minute goals against,or pressure(from crap like Ross county) we withstand is embarrassing

Yeah warburton is building for the long term!, senderos ,hill ,kranjcar ,Miller gilks ,Barton ,there's 6 long term appointments taking roughly 100grand a week out the club,that's your idea of living within our means!,warburtons bad patch has lasted months, and his failure to change his system ( which doesn't work) is the most stubborn thing I've seen from any Rangers manager in 40 years of watching Rangers

Can't speak for all the players,but I know one personally and he likes warburton as a person but tactically and training wise hates it. He never mentions the opposition before games it's the same spiel before every game.

He truly is an awful manager,he's had time bought 11 players and has the second biggest budget in the league squanders money on crap like senderos,who's probably on more than every other teams players (apart from the scum) to sit on his arse every week. Couldn't handle Barton ,garner is a third rate striker ,plays that ridgid system and won't change it,we get overran in the midfield every week and he can't seem to see that! plays that shite tippy tappy stuff from the back ,which we end up losing, or fod makes an arse of it,then the usual lost goal from a corner,which he's had months to sort out. Every away game is dire to watch(and I've been to every one) because teams know how we play,and we just don't have quality players to turn a game,the second half yesterday was shocking. Ross county,a team of thrown together journeymen,third raters,and the last 10 mins of the game their looking the most likely to score with 3 great chances. We will be lucky to finish top 6 with this clueless idiot in charge

My guess is he won't play again,and will get a few reserve games, and moved on in January, the statement just confirmed what I was told a day after the incident,that the players hate the training methods and Barton told warburton this after the Halliday row. Why would rangers include that he must adhere to training methods if that wasnt true?
